How to use:

• Tear away the perforated seal and pull the double-zipper seal apart.
• At the left and right corners of the double-zipper seals, gently squeeze with your thumb and index finger to open the month of the bag. (Note: the bag will not stand upright on its own).
• Pour the expressed milk into the bag.
• Gently run your fingers above the milk to remove excess air from the bag.
• Secure the double-zipper seals. Run your fingers over the seals back and forth to ensure they are locked.
• Use a permanent ink marker pen, and fill in the name, date, and volume.

Storing Instructions:

• Ensure the double-zipper seal is properly closed.
• Lay bag flat in refrigerator or freezer.

Thawing Instructions:

• NEVER thaw milk in the microwave or in boiling water.
• Keep the bag sealed, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or by holding the sealed bag under warm water.
• Your milk may separate from the fat. This is normal.
• With the bag sealed, gently tilt the bag back and forth until the milk is blended.
• Pour the milk into a sterile feeding container, and feed immediately.
• To maintain sanitation, NEVER reuse storage bags. Dispose of the bag safely.

Caution:

• NEVER THAW OR WARM BREAST MILK IN THE MICROWAVE OR IN BOILING WATER.
