• The monitor features a sleek design with a large, easy-to-read display and an intuitive target range indicator using colored dots (green for target range, red or blue for above or below) to provide visual reassurance.


• It requires no manual coding, simplifying the testing process. The bundle includes two packs of 50 Accu-Chek Instant S test strips, each with an easy-edge design for quick blood absorption, requiring only 0.6 µL of blood for accurate results in less than 4 seconds.


• The monitor supports Bluetooth connectivity with the mySugr app for seamless data tracking and sharing.


• The bundle also includes the Accu-Chek Softclix lancing device for virtually pain-free testing.


• Data can be uploaded to the Accu-Chek Connect Online portal via USB.

How To Use

• Preparation: Wash and dry hands thoroughly with warm, soapy water to avoid contamination. Sanitize the monitor and lancing device with an alcohol swab before use.

• Testing Process:

• Insert an Accu-Chek Instant S test strip (metallic end) into the monitor. The device turns on automatically, and a flashing drop symbol appears.


• Use the Accu-Chek Softclix lancing device to prick the side of a fingertip. Gently press to obtain a small blood drop (0.6 µL).


• Touch the yellow edge of the test strip to the blood drop. Remove your finger when the flashing hourglass symbol appears on the display.


• View results in less than 4 seconds. An arrow indicates if the result is above, within, or below the target range (customizable to personal goals).

Data Tracking: Press the side button to view 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day blood glucose averages. Pair the monitor with the mySugr app via Bluetooth (enter the PIN on the back of the monitor) for detailed tracking.

Post-Test: Discard used test strips and lancets in a sharps container for safe disposal. Do not reuse strips or lancets.

Optional: Upload data to the Accu-Chek Connect Online portal via USB for further analysis.

Warnings And Precautions

• Usage Warning: For in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use as a sole diagnostic tool; consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.


• Health Precautions: Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision. Not suitable for children unless supervised.


• Storage: Store the monitor and strips in a cool, dry place away from sunlight (4–30°C or 39–86°F). Check strip expiry dates before use; expired strips may give inaccurate results.


• Handling: Do not apply excessive pressure when collecting blood samples. Avoid placing the monitor under heavy objects to prevent damage.


• Safety: Keep out of reach of children. Do not reuse test strips or lancets. Dispose of used strips and lancets in a sharps container to ensure safe disposal and recycling.


• Environmental Sensitivity: Heat, humidity, or moisture can affect strip performance. Store strips in their original vial and close tightly after use.


• Error Handling: An E-4 error code may appear if insufficient blood is applied. Do not squeeze the finger excessively to add more blood to the same strip; use a new strip instead.
