How to Use:

• Mix 1 scoop (20,6 g) of Crea-Trix™ with 200-300 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-60 minutes before training. Athletes using Crea-Trix™ should consume adequate amounts of water to maximize hydration and enhance metabolic functions.
