How to use: 

• For best results use once or twice a week on dry skin before you bathe.
• Work on areas of thickened or calloused skin, filing towards the midline of the foot whilst being careful not to over-grip the file.
• Follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream.
• Clean with warm soapy water and a nail brush. Dab dry with a clean towel. Do not leave immersed in water.
