How to Use Beurer BM 51

• Insert 4 AA batteries into the device.


• Wrap the cuff around your upper arm about 2–3 cm above the elbow.


• Sit comfortably with your arm resting at heart level.


• Press the Start/Stop button to begin measurement.


• Stay still and quiet while the device measures your blood pressure.


• Read your systolic, diastolic, and pulse results on the screen.


• Press Start/Stop to turn off the device or it will turn off automatically.

• Clean the cuff using a damp cloth only (do not immerse in water).


• Store the device in a dry and clean place, away from heat and humidity.


• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or high temperatures.

• The device is not intended for diagnosis, but for home blood pressure monitoring.


• If you notice frequent abnormal readings, consult your doctor promptly.
