How To Use:

| Adults & adolescents ≥ 12 yrs | 15 ml | Up to 4× daily (max 60 ml). Last dose at bedtime. |
| Children 4–11 yrs | 7.5 ml | Up to 4× daily (max 30 ml). Last dose at bedtime. |
| Avoid eating or drinking for 30–60 min after dose. |
Warnings & Precautions:
• Not for children < 4 yrs.
• May potentiate sedatives or alcohol—avoid co-administration.
• Contains xylitol (laxative effect) and parabens (possible allergy).
• Not advised in pregnancy or breastfeeding due to lack of data.
Ingredients (per 15 ml):
- Marshmallow root dry extract 187.5 mg, lime flower dry extract 136.4 mg, ribwort plantain dry extract 150 mg, xylitol, maltodextrin, methyl-/propyl-hydroxybenzoate, strawberry flavour, purified water.
