How to Use:

• STEP 1 - Are the insoles in your shoes removable? Take them out first.


• STEP 2 - Trim insole to fit using a standard pair of sharp scissors.


• STEP 3 - Place your insoles into the shoe, fabric side up. Ensure that your insole lays flat against bottom of your shoe.


• STEP 4 - Enjoy your daily activities with comfort and protection!
