How to use:

• STEP 1 - Wipe the inside of your shoes clean; remove plastic backing from insoles.
• STEP 2 - Look for marking to indicate left versus right insole.
• STEP 3 - Insert into appropriate shoe, lining up heel of insole with back of shoe.
• Replace insoles after six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
