How to use:

• To use the Elvie Stride, ensure it's fully charged, align the cup properly on your breast, and turn it on. The pump will start in stimulation mode before automatically switching to expression mode. You can also manually switch between modes and adjust intensity levels using the app or pump's buttons.
  

• Elvie Stride pumps are designed to be used by one person at a time, primarily due to hygiene concerns and the potential for the pump to be damaged or malfunction if used by multiple people. Sharing the pump with another individual can also void the warranty
