How To Use:

Cold Therapy:

• Place the gel pack in the refrigerator or freezer for 1-2 hours.


• Remove, wrap it in a cloth, and apply to the affected area.

Hot Therapy:

• Place the gel pack in a microwave-safe container, cover with water, and microwave on high for one minute.


• If additional heat is needed, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds. Remove, wrap in a cloth, and apply to the affected area.

Warnings And Precautions:

• Do not apply the gel pack directly to the skin; always use a cloth as a barrier.


• Do not use the gel pack if it is punctured or torn.
