• It can be used on its own as lipstick if an extremely matte and durable colour is required.

How to use:

• The first step to using a lip liner should be to prepare your lips first by appropriately exfoliating and moisturizing your lips.

• This step is not necessary by the way; even so, it is recommended that you do this in order to achieve perfectly done lip makeup.

• Flaky and chapped lips do not act as a great base for lip makeup.

• Starting off with the lip liner pencil now, sketch along the edges of your lips lightly.

• Begin from the upper lip arch and go outwards towards the corners, and subsequently on the lower lip from the centre to the corners.

• Keep your mouth relaxed and slightly open during the process as any held-up tension might cause you to flinch and the lip liner might get overdrawn to the face.

• Once you have covered the perimeter of the lips you can apply your lipstick. Finish off the process by touching up with the lip liner again to fix any mistakes and to fill up the blank spots if any.
