• The first thing to do is to wash your hands properly to get rid of any kinds of dirt and germs present on it. 
  
• Then, brush your teeth properly. Use a clean toothbrush and brush with care to clean your teeth thoroughly.
• Floss your teeth if you feel it is necessary. 
• Dry off your braces after that.
• Now take a little bit of the G.U.M Wax on your fingers.
