How to use:

1. Make sure the area is clean, dry, and free of lotions and oil.
2. Remove excessive body hair.
3. Measure and preposition the tapes.
4. Cut off the required length of tape and round both ends.
5. Tear the protective paper by stretching the tape.
6. Apply tape in the applicable technique.
