• Our Vegan Evening Primrose Oil capsules provide 500mg of cold pressed Evening Primrose Oil. At Natures Aid, we choose to cold press our Evening Primrose oil to ensure none of the valuable components are destroyed during processing, maintain the integrity of these precious oils.


• Each one of our Evening Primrose Oil capsules is a rich, natural source of the unsaturated omega-6 essential fatty acid - gamma linolenic acid, also known as GLA, with each capsule providing a guaranteed 8-10% GLA. Our cellulose capsules are easy to swallow and vegan friendly.

How to use:

• Take 2 capsules per day with food or as required, up to a maximum of 6.
