However, Raspberry leaves have a long history of use in herbal medicine with their therapeutic use first being described in 1597 in a book called ‘The Herball’. Many people over the years, and still to this day, have drunk a tea made from Raspberry leaves.


• At Natures Aid, our Raspberry Leaf extract provides a handy alternative to drinking Raspberry Leaf tea, each tablet provides 375mg Raspberry Leaf extract, which is the equivalent to eating 1500mg dried Raspberry Leaf. 

How to use:

• Take 2 tablets a day with food. Do not exceed the suggested intake. Not recommended in the first 30 weeks of pregnancy.
