Hot use to stimulate milk flow:

• Heat them by immersing them in hot water for a few minutes depending on the desired temperature and then place them on your breast.
• Heating is hot water that allows the thermal gel to accumulate heat evenly; we, therefore, recommend that you do not put them in the microwave oven to preserve the quality of the material and to allow correct heat therapy on the breast during breastfeeding.
