• Obagi-C Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free toner specifically formulated for normal to oily skin, this alcohol-free, non-drying toner adjusts your skin’s pH without drying out your skin.
• Witch hazel is known for its soothing properties and its ability to remove excess oil.
• Aloe is a water binding agent that has soothing and antioxidant properties.

How to use:

• Step 1: Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing.


• Step 2: Pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over entire face.


• Step 3: Allow the product to air dry completely; do not rinse off.
