How To Use:
Adults and Children (3+ years)
- For General hydration as required:
- Dissolve 2 Tablets in 200ml of water and Drink.
- Children Age 3-6 years:
- Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.
- Adults Sports & Exercise:
- Dissolve 2 Tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
- How to Store:
- Tube: Store below 30C and protect from heat and moisture
