How To Use:

• Adults and Children (3+ years)
  
• For General hydration as required:
  
• Dissolve 2 Tablets in 200ml of water and Drink.
  
• Children Age 3-6 years:
  
• Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.
  
• Adults Sports & Exercise:
  
• Dissolve 2 Tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
