How to use:

• Sterilize all utensils according to manufacturer guidelines.


• Boil fresh water and let it cool to about 40°C.


• Fill the bottle with the correct amount of cooled boiled water.


• Add the indicated amount of Primalac Ultima-3 powder to the water.


• Cap the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.


• Cool under running tap water, and test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.


• Use the formula immediately after preparation.

Caution and Warnings:

• Not suitable for children with a confirmed cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA).


• Discard any unfinished milk after feeding and wash the bottle and teat thoroughly.


• Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 4 weeks.


• Do not heat the formula in a microwave as it may cause uneven heating and hot spots
