How to use:
- In the first step of skin care, soak a cotton pad in toner and gently wipe it along the skin texture. When you need soothing and moisturizing, apply a generous amount of toner on thin cotton pads and place it on the face, and leave it for 5-10 minutes to use as a skin pack.
