How to use:

• Prepare the eyes and eyebrow area by cleaning with a clean cotton pad
• The brows must be dry and oil-free for easy application of tinting cream and best result
• In a mixing palette, mix 2cm of tint with 15 - 20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream
• Mix the solution into a creamy consistency like a paste
• Now apply the paste onto your brows and lashes
• Leave the paste for 10 minutes, so the tint penetrates well
• Use a cotton pad dipped in water to remove the tint from eyebrows and lashes
