How to use:

• Antiseptic for Minor Cuts and Abrasions:


• Apply directly to minor cuts, abrasions, or burns to clean the area. Avoid using on large or deep wounds. 


• Surface Disinfection:


• Spray onto countertops, cutting boards, and other surfaces to kill germs and 


• Food Grade:


• Pure Hp can be used safely for cleaning and disinfecting food when properly diluted. Here are the recommended ways to use it on food:

1. Washing Fruits & Vegetables

• Purpose: Removes bacteria, pesticides, and mold spores.


• Mix ¼ cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1 gallon of water.


• Soak produce for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.


• For leafy greens, use a light spray and let sit for 2–3 minutes before rinsing.

2. Disinfecting Meat & Poultry

• Purpose: Reduces bacteria and extends freshness.


• Lightly spray 3% hydrogen peroxide onto meat or poultry.


• Let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water before cooking.

3. Cleaning Grains, Beans & Seeds (for Sprouting)

• Purpose: Prevents mold and bacterial growth.


• Soak grains, beans, or seeds in 1 tablespoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 1 quart of water.


• Let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly before use.

4. Extending Freshness of Food

• Purpose: Slows spoilage and bacterial growth.


• Lightly mist hydrogen peroxide over food storage containers or inside a refrigerator.


• Allow it to dry naturally before placing food inside.
