How to use:
All doses should be prescribed by doctors first:

- For nerve pain in people with non-diabetic neuropathy ( Sciatica & low back pain): 600 – 1800 mg of alpha-lipoic acid per day for 6 -12 weeks.
- It should be taken on an empty stomach.
