Can I use a pacifier while breastfeeding?Yes of course. All Tommee Tippee pacifiers feature symmetrical nipples which closely resemble the natural shape of a mother’s nipple, therefore reducing the risk of confusion between nipple and pacifier. All Tommee Tippee pacifiers are suitable for use from birth but you should consult medical advice regarding when to introduce a pacifier to your baby if you are breastfeeding.How often should I replace my baby’s pacifier?In the interests of hygiene, we recommend that you change your baby’s pacifier every month. Always check the pacifier before each use and replace at the first signs of damage or weakness.We recommend against prolonged pacifier use over 24 months and stopping pacifier use when your child is older than 36 months. | |
How to use:
Do not store in direct sunlight or near a source of heat. Do not store or allow to come inito contact with solvents or harsh chemicals. Never dip teat in sweet substances or medication, your child may get tooth decay. Replace the soother after one month, for safety and hygiene reasons. In the event that the soother becomes lodged in the mouth, DO NOT PANIC; it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Remove from the mouth with care, as gently as possible. When the soother is not in use for instance after sterilization, keep in a dry covered container.
Caution & Warnings:
Inspect carefully before each use. Pull the soother in all directions. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. Only use dedicated soother holders tested to EN12586. Never attach other ribbons or cords to a soother, your child may be strangled by them. Do not leave a soother in direct sunlight or near a source of heat, or leave in disinfectant (“sterilising solution”) for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat.
