• Use a mirror to see which way your hair is growing in. This will determine the way you apply the wax strip

• Take a wax strip, place it between your hands and rub up and down to warm up the wax on the strip. This will take about 30-40 seconds

• Remove the side that is not stuck from the wax strip and place it on your skin in the direction of the hair growth. For example, if your hair is growing downwards the strip should be placed from the top to bottom

• Firmly press the strip down repeatedly in the direction of hair growth so that the individual hairs stick to it well

• Let the strip sit for at least 30 seconds. This allows the wax to set on the hair

• In one quick movement pull the wax strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth. For example, if the hair is growing downwards the strip should be pulled off from the bottom to the top

• You can go over the area again to wax off any small hairs that are still left
