• Inhalation: Place the mouthpiece between your lips, forming a tight seal. Begin to breathe in slowly and deeply while pressing down on the canister to release a dose.


• Breath Holding: After inhaling, hold your breath for about 10 seconds or as long as comfortable.


• Repeat: If a second dose is prescribed, wait about 30 seconds and repeat the steps.


• After Use: Replace the protective cap and rinse your mouth with water to reduce the risk of side effects like oral thrush.
