How to Use:

• Directions For Use:


• Half Serving (15g Protein): Add 1 level scoop of powder (20g) to 125ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice.


• Full Serving (30g Protein) : Add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 250ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice.


•  Use post-workout, or throughout the day. Mix in a shaker or blender.
