How to Use:

• Mix 1 level scoop (50 g) with 200-300 ml of water and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-45 minutes before physical performance. To change the flavor and sweetness of drink change the amount of water used for preparation. On non-training days take 1 level scoop (50 g) mixed with 200-300 ml of water on an empty stomach.
