Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

How to Use:

• Mix 3 g ( 3/4 scoop) with 200-300 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-60 minutes before training. Athletes using Creatine Monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration.
