How to Use:

• Recommended daily dosage: 3,6 g ( 3/4 scoop).


• Recommended use: Mix 3,6 g ( 3/4 scoop) with 200 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-60 minutes before training. Athletes using Creatine Monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration.
