How to Use:

• As a Food supplement, take 3 capsules after morning meal and 3 capsules after mid-day meal, along with 16 fluid ounces of water. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Do not take it before sleep (minimum of 4 hours)

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose! The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
