Vitamin D contributes to the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal calcium levels in the blood and to the maintenance of bones and teeth. Vitamin B5 contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue, as well as normal intellectual performance, as well as contributing to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters

How to Use:

Take 1 capsule with water every 30-60 minutes during physical activity, maximum 4 capsules daily.
