How to Use:

• Mix 2 scoops (50 g) of Reco-Pro Protein with 300 ml of water or low fat milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds.


• Have 1-2 servings daily, depending on physical activity and daily need of proteins
