How to Use:

• For immediate energy, take Rock's Energy Gel before or during physical activity. Wash down with plenty of water. Take max. 4 gels a day.

• Contains caffeine – not recommended for children or pregnant women. (Contain of caffeine – 125 mg per 100 g / 40 mg per 1 packet – 32 g).
