• This refreshing and tasty drink is based on a 3 g dose of CarnoSyn^® beta-alanine with an infusion of Arginine complex, Taurine, L-Lysine, glycerine GlyceroMax™, VitaCholine^®, red spinach extract Oxystorm^® and Betaine. Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue while caffeine contributes to an increase in resistance capacity, helps improve concentration and alertness.

How To Use:

• The basic daily dose is 11,5 g. Take 11,5 g (1,5 scoop) 45 minutes before physical activity. Mix the dose (11,5 g) with 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose!
