Preparing your toddler's feed

1. Wash hands and sterilise all utensils

2. Boil freshly

run water. Leave to cool in kettle for 30 mins to approx. 40 C

3. Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised sippy cup. Do not use water boiled more than once

4. Always use the scoop provided. Level off the powder with the built

in leveller. Do not press extra

powder into the scoop

5. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your toddler

6. Cap the sippy cup and shake immediately vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds to dissolve the powder. Remove seal and replace with sterilised teat

7. Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37C)

Failure to follow preparation instructions carefully can be harmful to toddler's health. Never leave a toddler al one during feeding. Infants need to obtain complementary food, from an age appropriate to their growth and development needs, which is recommended by the specialist doctor, and in the case of infants over 6 months of age.
