How to Use:

• Sit comfortably and rest your arm on a table.


• Wrap the cuff around your upper arm (2–3 cm above elbow).


• Press the Start/Stop button.


• Remain still and don’t talk during the measurement.


• Read the systolic, diastolic, and pulse values on the screen.


• The device will automatically save the result.

Important Notes:

• Always measure at the same time of day for consistency.

• Avoid eating, drinking, or exercising 30 minutes before measuring.


• Make sure the cuff is at heart level.


• If irregular heartbeat is detected frequently, consult a doctor.


• Clean the cuff with a damp cloth – do not wash or immerse.


• Do not use the device on infants or persons with pacemakers.
