 How to Use – Beurer BM 45 Blood Pressure Monitor

• Insert 4 AA batteries into their correct positions inside the device.


• Place the cuff on your left upper arm, about 2 to 3 centimeters above the elbow.


• Make sure the tube is pointing downward, aligned with the palm.


• Press the Start/Stop button.


• The device will automatically inflate the cuff.


• Remain still and do not speak during the measurement.


• Once the measurement is complete, the results will appear on the screen.


• If the voice function is enabled, the device will announce the readings.


• The device will automatically shut off after a few minutes, or you can turn it off manually by pressing the Start/Stop button.

• Sit in a comfortable and relaxed position for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.


• Do not move or talk during the measurement.

• Clean the cuff using a damp cloth only (do not immerse in water).


• Store the device in a dry and clean place, away from heat and humidity.


• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or high temperatures.

• The device is not intended for diagnosis, but for home blood pressure monitoring.


• If you notice frequent abnormal readings, consult your doctor promptly.
