How to Use the Beurer BM 54:

Insert the batteries (if not already installed).

• Connect the cuff to the device.


• Position the cuff on your left upper arm about 2–3 cm above the elbow. The tube should run down the inside of your arm.


• Sit calmly, rest your arm on a table at heart level, and don’t talk or move during the measurement.


• Press the Start/Stop button.


• The cuff will inflate automatically and begin the measurement.


• Once the measurement is complete, results will be displayed on the screen and classified using a traffic light scale (green/yellow/red).


• To save the result, it will automatically store in the selected user memory (User 1 or User 2).


• You can sync data with the beurer HealthManager Pro app via Bluetooth.

 Important Notes

Sit in a comfortable and relaxed position for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.

• Do not move or talk during the measurement.

 Cleaning and Storage

Clean the cuff using a damp cloth only (do not immerse in water).

• Store the device in a dry and clean place, away from heat and humidity.


• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or high temperatures.

 Consult Your Doctor

The device is not intended for diagnosis, but for home blood pressure monitoring.

• If you notice frequent abnormal readings, consult your doctor promptly.
