How To Use:

• Charging the blood pressure monitor
• Wrap the cuff around your upper arm with just one hand movement. Make sure that the cuff is not too tight or too loose and that it is at heart level.
  
• Press the on/off button to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate automatically and measure your blood pressure and pulse while inflating.
  
• The measurement results will be displayed on the screen along with the risk indicator, date, time and user memory. If arrhythmia is detected, a symbol will appear on the screen.
  
• Press the on/off button again to turn off the monitor or wait for it to turn off automatically after one minute.
  
• Remove the cuff from your arm and store it.
