How To Use:

• Wash your hands before preparing your baby’s food. Ensure all utensils are clean.


• Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and cool it.


• Measure 150ml of lukewarm water into the baby’s bowl.


• Add 50g or approximately 5 level tablespoons of CERELAC.


• Stir until the cereal is smooth and feed with a clean spoon.


• Serve immediately and discard any uneaten portion.

• Use only clean and boiled water to prepare the cereal.


• Always prepare a fresh portion for each meal — do not reuse leftovers.


• Store in a cool, dry place. Close the tin tightly after each use.
