How to use:

• Take one sachet dissolved in half cup of water daily, preferably during breakfast.
  
• In order to improve solubility, please proceed as it follows:
• First empty the sachet content in an empty glass.
• Secondly pour slowly 150 ml of water into the glass and stir at the same time for a few minutes.
• Due to the nature of the ingredients, particles may appear on the surface of the mix. This does not affect the quality of the product."
