How to use:

• Prep Your Toothbrush: Before brushing, thoroughly rinse toothbrush under running water to moisten the bristles.
• Apply Toothpaste: Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles of the toothbrush.
• Brush Gently: Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against your teeth and gums. Using gentle circular motions or short back-and-forth strokes, brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth.
• Rinse Thoroughly: After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, and rinse the toothbrush under running water to remove any remaining toothpaste and debris.
• Frequency: Use the toothpaste at least twice a day, preferably after meals, for optimal oral hygiene.
