How to use:

1. Clean and dry the skin
2. Open the pouch, remove one patch and peel off clear plastic film
3. Apply the sticky side of patch over affected or swollen area as soon as possible after injury
4. The cooling effect will be felt quickly which lasts up to 3 hours
5. New patch may be applied on the affected area as required
6. Avoid using more than 4 patches on the same area
7. The cooling therapy could be continued until pain or swelling has reduced
