Product Description:

Clopidogrel is commonly prescribed to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke in individuals with:

• Recent heart attack or stroke.


• Established peripheral arterial disease.


• Acute coronary syndrome.

It works by inhibiting platelets from clumping together, thereby preventing the formation of harmful blood clots.

How to Use:

• Dosage: The standard dose is 75 mg taken orally once daily. In certain situations, a higher initial dose (loading dose) may be prescribed. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding dosage.


• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food. Try to take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent blood levels.


• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Bleeding Risk: Clopidogrel increases the risk of bleeding. Inform your doctor if you notice unusual bruising, prolonged bleeding, or blood in urine or stool.


• Surgical Procedures: If you are scheduled for surgery or dental procedures, inform your healthcare provider, as Clopidogrel may need to be discontinued temporarily.
