How to use:

• 
  STEP 1 - Wipe the inside of your shoe clean; remove plastic backing.
  


• 
  STEP 2 - Line up heel of insole with back of shoe and raised arch with inner edge of shoe.
  


• 
  Replace gel insoles for high heels after (6) months or after first signs of wear
