How To Use:

• To use the Elvie Stride Breast Shields, ensure the sizing symbol is pointing upwards, place your nipple in the center of the fit lines, and check if the fit lines align with the outside of your nipple.
  
• The shields should be comfortable and create a good seal against your breast without gaps.
