Fexofenadine 120 mg tablets 

 What Fexofenadine is used for:

• Fexofenadine is used for the relief of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy, watery, red eyes and itchy nose and throat.


• It is also be used to treat hives.

Do not take Fexofenadine:

• If you’re allergic to the active substances or any other component of this medicine.

Warnings and precautions:

Talk to your doctor about all your medical conditions before taking this medicine including:

• If you have phenylketonuria.


• If you have kidney problems.


• Are 65 years of age or older.


• This medicine may cause sleepiness or dizziness. Do not drive or operate machinery till you know how you are affected.

Possible side effects:

• Stop using this product and seek immediate medical help if you develop rash; hives; blisters; itching; wheezing; tightness in the chest or throat; trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking; or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Common side effects: 

• Headache


• Nausea


• Drowsiness 


• Fatigue

Other medications and Fexofenadine:

• Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking.


• Antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium hydroxide may alter the effectiveness of Fexofenadine. Separate by 2 hours.

How to take Fexofenadine:

• Take as indicated by your doctor.


• Do not take with fruit juice.


• The usual recommended dose is one 60 mg tablet every 12 hours or one 120 mg tablet once daily.

How to store Fexofenadine:

• Store at room temperature 68 to 77°F (20 to 25°C).


• Keep this medicine out of reach of children.


• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the package.


• The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
