How to Use:

• Twist the pencil to raise the tip but, only a bit at a time because it can break if too much is exposed. Press the tip of the pencil into the roots of your lashes and dab or sketch, side to side.


• For the waterline, place the pencil right in at the corner of the eye and sweep across. This will add drama to your eyes and make them pop.
